Day 107
Exercise: Strength Training
I did push ups on a medicine ball. I hated it.
Day 108
Exercise: Bike
Time: 1 hour 40 minutes
Distance: 25 miles
I still haven't gone to the bike store yet to get my bike fixed because I almost always leave there feeling like an idiot. I wasn't in the mood to be patronized today, so I just rode on the machine. It was super boring, and I wish I had just gone to the bike store instead. Anyway, one of these days I'll get over my insecurities and go in there like a man...just not today.
Day 109
Exercise: Swim
Time: 40 minutes
Distance: water
The water was super wet today.
Day 110
OFF
I'm having some terrible chest pains, so I took an early day off. It's not that bad though because it only hurts when I'm breathing. I looked my symptoms up on WedMD and it says I either have a blood clot in/around my heart or I strained my pectoral muscle. Nothing to worry about there...
Day 111
Exercise: Run
Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Distance: 9 miles
My chest started burning after mile 1, but I figured it wasn't a big deal so I kept running and prayed that I wouldn't go into cardiac arrest. Thankfully, God answered my prayers, but today was absolutely the hardest run I've had so far. My lungs felt like fire, and I've decided that my chest is one place where I never want there to be a fire. Unless my heart is burning with the passionate fire of love...but even then I'm not so sure I want that.
Day 112
Exercise: Bike/Run
Time: 1 hour/30 minutes
Distance: 15 miles/3 miles
My chest felt better today. Almost to the point where I could breathe easily. Almost.
